Questions
Is this a full studio management system?
No. It is built for workshops, special classes and events. If you run 30 classes a week with memberships, a studio system will fit better.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Use it when you need it.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan is 0 per month. When you sell a paid ticket we keep 3% of the ticket price, plus card processing of 2.9% + 0.30 per order. Free tickets cost nothing.
Do buyers pay extra fees at checkout?
No. The price you set is the price buyers see and pay, from the event page to the receipt. Fees are taken from your payout, never added on top.
When do I get my money?
Your sales are paid out to your bank account every week, on Mondays. You do not have to wait until after the event.
What do I need to sell paid tickets?
Only your bank details and a few identity details, entered once in your dashboard (about 5 minutes). Our payment partner Stripe verifies them, as required by law. Free events need nothing.
