Card processing is charged by Stripe directly to your Stripe account at their standard rates. Our fee is the only one we take. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

How much does it cost?
The Free plan is 0 per month. When you sell a paid ticket we keep 3% of the ticket price. Free tickets cost nothing. Stripe also charges its standard card processing fee to your Stripe account.
Do buyers pay extra fees at checkout?
No. The price you set is the price buyers see and pay, from the event page to the receipt. Our fee is taken from your payout, not added on top.
When do I get my money?
Payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe pays out to your bank on your normal Stripe payout schedule. We never hold your money until after the event.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only for paid tickets. You can create or connect one in a few minutes from your dashboard. Stripe verifies your identity, as required by law.
How do refunds work?
You decide your refund policy. Because payments run through your own Stripe account, you can refund from your Stripe dashboard.
How do I check people in?
Open the scanner on your phone and point it at the QR code, or type the ticket code. Each ticket can be used once.
